January: Liberty Memorial at Night
The week after the Chiefs won the AFC Championship I went down to Union Station hoping to shoot the special lighting on the station. Unfortunately, due to ice and snow, the main plaza of Liberty Memorial was closed which meant I couldn't shoot down on Union Station. I ended up settling for this night shot of Liberty Memorial.

The original plan was to go down to take pictures of Union Station lit up for the Chiefs winning the Super Bowl but because of ice and snow they had closed off the terrace. Mary Ann and I tried a few places to take photos from but ended up just shooting the tower. I did a composite of the properly exposed tower wtih the long exposure to lighten up the dark areas and get the "smoke" coming off the tower.
