October: First Snow & Fall Color
It wasn't much but I had to take the trash out and I figured I would take a camera along in case I saw anything. The sun was just over the house and I saw the golden light hitting these leaves with bits of snow on them.
While taking out the trash, one cold autumn morning, I noticed the snow on the edges of these fall leaves. After getting the trash to the end of hte driveway, I went to get my camera. When I got back to the tree, I discovered the battery was dead. I went back to the car to get another battery only to find it was also dead. Finally, the third battery worked and I was able to get the picture. A few minutes later, the sun hit the tree and the snow melted very quickly.
