February: Nevada Northern Railway

In February, I attended the Nevada Northern Railway Winter Steam Photo Weekend Spectacular. They run the trains around with photographers in mind, doing multiple passes and really putting on a show with the smoke and steam. We were able to ask things like "Pull forward 10 feet" or "More Steam". It was like a full-sized voice-controlled railroad. My only complaint was a lack of snow. It it has to be that cold there should be snow. I'm attending again in 2019 so maybe I'll get some then.
