April: Benson Sculpture Garden

Photography of sculptures always seems odd to me. You are trying to capture the essence of the sculpture so you can share it but at the same time you feel like you need to make it your own when it is not. These images are from two sessions, one in the afternoon and another in the morning so I could get the best light depending on which way the sculpture was facing.

This is a small, beautiful park that takes a few hours to get through if you really stop and enjoy each piece.
